These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of
the Aestifora platform (the “Service”) provided by
J-META (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering for and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose
These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities
between the Company and users regarding the use of Aestifora's
online educational and community services.
2. Definitions
- Member: A person who has registered for the Service and agreed to these Terms.
- Associate Member: A member who has completed basic registration (name and email only) and has limited access to the Service.
- Full Member: A member who has completed medical license verification as defined by the Company and has full access to all Service features.
- Content: Any materials, including online lectures, webinars, articles, and downloadable documents, provided through the Service.
- Online Courses: Pre-recorded educational videos made available through the platform.
- Webinars: Live or recorded online seminars offered by experts.
- Community: A space for members to exchange information and ideas, including forums, Q&A with experts, and research discussions.
- Library: A curated repository of academic papers, documents, and research materials.
- Mall: A digital marketplace that sells educational content and related materials.
3. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms as necessary.
Members will be notified of any changes via the website or email.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Membership and Eligibility
(i) Uploaded content must comply with the company’s brand
identity, tone of voice, and content guidelines.
(ii) Partners must not upload any copyrighted material unless they
have obtained the appropriate license or permission.
A. Associate Members

B. Full Members
- Have access to all services, including exclusive community features and the Mall.
- Medical license verification is mandatory to become a Full Member.
(iiI) The Company reserves the right to verify the information
provided during registration and may suspend access for
inaccurate or fraudulent data.
5. Services Provided
The Company provides the following digital services through the
platform:
- Online courses (video-based)
- Live and recorded webinars
- Member community for discussion and collaboration
- Access to an academic library
- Purchase of digital and physical educational materials via the Mall
6. Payment and Billing
(i) Some content and features are offered on a paid basis.
(ii) All payments must be made through PayPal. By using paid
services, the Member agrees to PayPal's terms and fees.
(iii) Members must ensure all billing information is accurate and
up to date.
(iv) Upon successful payment, access to purchased content will be
granted as per the course specifications

7. Refund Policy
A. Eligibility for Refund
(i) Before starting a course:
- Members are eligible for a full refund if they have not accessed the course.
- Refund requests must be submitted before any part of the course is viewed or downloaded.
(ii) After course access:
- No refunds will be granted once the course has been accessed in any form.
(iii) Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Any part of the course has been viewed or accessed
- False or misleading information is provided
- Fraudulent refund claims are submitted
B. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests shall be submitted through the contact form
available on our website and shall include the following
information :
- Full name of the user
- Email address used for the purchase
- Course title
- Purchase date
- Amount paid
- Reason for refund
- Bank account information for refund (Bank name, Account holder, Account number)
C. Review and Processing
- All refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days of receipt.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days through credit card cancellation (via PayPal).
- Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
8. Termination and Suspension of Membership
(i) Members may terminate their account at any time through their
profile settings.
(ii) The Company may suspend or revoke a member’s access without
prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms
- False or fraudulent information
- Abuse or misuse of the platform
- Interference with other users or the Service
(iii) Upon termination, access to all content and services will be
revoked immediately. No partial refunds will be issued for
services already used.
9. Intellectual Property
(i) All materials and content provided by the Company are the
intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
(ii) Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use content
for commercial purposes without written consent.
(iii) Unauthorized use of content may result in legal action and
termination of membership.
10. Limitation of Liability
(i) The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by force
majeure events or user-side technical issues.
(ii) The Service is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee
error-free, uninterrupted access.
(iii) The Company is not responsible for disputes between users or
with third-party vendors.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with
generally accepted principles of international commercial
law,
unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with
these Terms or the Service, the parties shall first seek to
resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiations.
If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty
(30) days, the dispute shall be finally settled by
binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the
International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
The language of the arbitration shall be English, and the seat of
arbitration shall be a
mutually agreed upon neutral location,
unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
